A pedal-powered pub has been spotted rolling through downtown Auckland.
Video of the beer bike, which emerged on Facebook this week, shows a group of young people powering the unique vehicle from Customs St West onto lower Albert St.
The party bike consists of a long bar with a wooden keg at the front. Patrons sit on either side of the bar on stools fitted with pedals, while the presumably sober driver sits at a wheel at the head of the bar.
Pedal pubs emerged in Europe in the late 1990s and have become popular in the United States.
