Man killed in Christchurch crash

A man died in a single car crash in Christchurch last night.

Police said the crash happened in the suburb of Bryndwyr.

The man was found dead at the scene of the crash.

No other cars were involved and he was sole occupant of the vehicle, police said.

Police would be investigating the cause of the crash and enquiries to identify the man were ongoing.
