Save A woman suffered moderate head injuries after her hair got caught in machinery in Coromandel yesterday.
The woman, in her 30s, became caught in a drill press shortly before 12.30pm.
She suffered injuries to her head.
Ambulance crew bandaged her wounds at the scene, before the Auckland Westpac Rescue Helicopter
arrived.
The chopper crew airlifted the woman to Waikato Base Hospital in a moderate condition, a spokeswoman for the helicopter trust said.
