Police seek fugitive after stabbing

Police want to speak to Bensemann Vakauta, after a man was stabbed in an apartment at the former Auckland Railway Station yesterday.
They appealing for the 22-year-old fugitive to hand himself in to police.
Vakauta is considered to be extremely violent by police, who are warning the public not to
approach him.
His 40-year-old male victim remained in a serious condition in Auckland City Hospital last night.
Police and ambulance were called to Te Tau Crescent just before 3pm after reports of a violent attack.
