A woman alleged to have stolen more than $300,000 from Cadbury, Dunedin, made her first court appearance on the matter yesterday and was remanded to next month.
The woman faces five indictably-laid charges of theft involving a total of $305,775 - the alleged offending taking place over a period of about three and a-half years.
Remanding her to July 3 when she would appear in the Dunedin District Court, Judge Michael Crosbie allowed counsel Sally McMillan's application for continued interim suppression of the woman's name and any identifying details.
