The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal yesterday suspended Auckland doctor Ratilal Ranchhod for two years for professional misconduct relating to conducting insurance medicals when he was not allowed to.
Ranchhod also lost his name suppression, was ordered to pay $18,000 costs, censured, and had conditions placed on his return to practice, the New Zealand Doctor reported.
