Orewa murder accused bailed

A woman charged with murdering her partner in Orewa, north of Auckland, in January has been bailed to reappear in court next month.

Natalie Theresa Ford, 43, was charged with the murder of her partner Gary Marshall at a house in Milton Rd, Orewa on January 3.

She made a brief appearance in the High Court at Auckland today and was remanded on bail to reappear on September 9.

Ford initially appeared in North Shore District Court on an assault charge the day after Mr Marshall died. She appeared again charged with murder the following week.
