Police say no one was injured after a car collided with a train at a crossing in the Wellington suburb of Tawa this evening.
The collision happened about 6pm at the Tawa street crossing in north Wellington and no one was injured, a police spokeswoman said.
Police and ambulance officers attended the collision and police were still at the scene investigating the incident.
The train was not derailed in the crash.
