Anzac Day protester Valerie Morse today had a charge against her amended to show it related to burning the New Zealand flag.
Morse and Mark Rawnsley were arrested at Wellington's Anzac Day dawn parade after a protest during which a flag was allegedly set alight.
Both are members of the group Peace Action Wellington, which was protesting against New Zealand troops being deployed overseas.
Morse, 35, was charged with offensive behaviour but in Wellington District Court today the words "namely burning a New Zealand flag" were added to the charge.
Rawnsley is charged with hindering police and resisting arrest.
Both have pleaded not guilty and were remanded until June 6 for a date for hearing would be set.
