New Zealand woman killed in Swiss ski accident

A New Zealand woman has been killed in a skiing accident in Switzerland.

Victoria (Vicky) Ann Shaw, 32, of Wellington, was killed yesterday while on a skiing holiday in the Swiss Alps at the Flims-Dorf resort, a Foreign Affairs and Trade spokesman said today.

It was not known how the accident happened.

Arrangements were being made for Ms Shaw's body to be brought back to New Zealand, the spokesman said.
