Napier barrister Max Courtney has been appointed a District Court judge with a Family Court warrant, Attorney-General Chris Finlayson announced today.
Mr Courtney worked as a solicitor in Wellington and Napier before becoming a barrister in 2000, and has held appointments with the Hawkes Bay District Law Society and the
