Trainee Kiwifruit Supervisor

If you are looking for a new challenge or a change of company and have at least two years' experience in the Kiwifruit Industry, then you might be the person we are looking for. This is a full time position with opportunity for the right person
to grow within the company. You have will the desire and ability to undertake Horticultural training and will be assisted via mentoring and consultancy to maintain current production and quality standards including the development of young blocks into full production.
The successful applicant will be accountable to the Orchard Manager and have the ability and experience to demonstrate:
• Good Attitude and Work Ethic
• Kiwifruit Vine Management
• Communication Skills
• Computer and Numeracy Skills
• Team Player
• Leadership Skills
• Tractor experience and/or Growsafe Certificate
• Must be a NZ resident or hold a valid NZ visa
