Name suppression continues for the Christchurch man accused of drugging a male couch surfer.
The 36-year-old man is fighting to keep his identity a secret - a battle he has won since he was charged in November 2014.
He faces six charges including stupefying with a sexual intention in November
2014 and sexually violating another man in May the same year.
The man will stand trial next month.
