NAGHL Operations Manager
Ngati Awa Group Holdings Limited is a diverse organisation with interests in farming, property,
forests, fisheries and investments across the Western Bay of Plenty region.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the group's
commercial and residential properties, and farming operations. You will also be responsible for the
delivery of Health and Safety Management plans, practices and reporting across the Runanga Group.
You will be well organised, hands on, and have a track record of delivery through contract resources,
but also be prepared to roll your sleeves up on a regular basis. You will engage key partners to
ensure enduring relationships. Preferably tertiary qualified, you will ideally have an understanding
of the Runanga and Tikanga Maori.
