Christmas was not the happiest time of the year for two-week-old goat Rudolph.
Found walking Auckland's streets alone with a serious toe infection, a member of the public picked him up and took him to a vet to get treated.
Taken to the SPCA and spending time with a fosterfamily, he grew into an adventurous goat and developed a love for climbing up and down a set of stairs.
Rudolph was put on to the SPCA website where after just one day a family came to adopt him.
Having recently adopted another goat around the same age as Rudolph called Olive, the family was looking for a friend around the same age as her.
