A multi-car crash on the Maioro St off-ramp of the Southwestern Motorway near Dominion Rd has now been cleared.
The NZ Transport Agency warned motorists of delays while the crash blocked the northbound right lane.
Congestion remains and NZTA are warning there will be long delays to traffic.
The fire
service said a number of cars had crashed just as the motorway ended but no one was injured.
