Save A gunman fatally shot a beloved pet goat as her Hawkes Bay owner watched television metres away.
Billy was found bleeding to death by Raymond Carroll on Thursday last week.
It is the second such incident in Clive after the shooting of a pony, Azra, in June 2010, about 1km
from Mr Carroll's home.
Billy was often photographed by visitors while tethered in front of her owner's home.
