A second man has been jointly charged with the murder of Brian James in Mt Roskill, two days before Christmas.
He and another man, who earlier appeared in Hastings District Court, are also jointly charged with causing grievous bodily harm to two other people at the address on Glass Rd.
On Wednesday morning a 42-year-old man was located by police at a South Auckland address. He was wanted for murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm in connection to the incident.
He has since been taken to custody without incident. Following this arrest, a third man was located and charged.
The 39-year-old South Aucklander was charged with being accessory after the fact to murder as well as also being charged with unlawful possession of a firearm after police allegedly located a loaded sawn-off shotgun.
