New Zealand Castle Resorts & Hotels, which operates The Spencer on Byron Hotel overlooking Takapuna Beach on Auckland's North Shore, has appointed Roger Mosesas chairman and John Henderson as managing director. Moses has been a director of NZ Castle Resorts & Hotels for several years. Prior to taking up this new role Henderson was an independent director for CDL Hotels.

Axon has appointed Robin Thornton as southern region manager, based in Wellington and responsible for leading Axon's business development, consulting and service teams in Wellington and Christchurch. He joins Axon from Unisys New Zealand.

Tauranga-based Sharp Tudhope Lawyers has appointed Fraser Lewis and Hayley Eustace as associates. Lewis Fraser joined Sharp Tudhope in 2004 as a commercial and corporate solicitor. Eustace rejoined Sharp Tudhope last year following two years as a lawyer in London.
