Postie Plus Group has appointed John Burnell as chief financial officer. Most recently he held the role of general manager personal client services at Perpetual Trust, a subsidiary of Pyne Gould Corporation.
Simon Munday has joined Buddle Findlay's Auckland office as a solicitor in the corporate services team. Before joining the firm he worked at Russell McVeagh and Vallant Hooker & Partners. Charlotte Holden has joined the Auckland office as a senior solicitor in the corporate services team. Holden spent five years working in London for Andersen Legal and DLA.
Zintel Communications has appointed Sean Williams as business development manager. Williams joins Zintel from Citrix Systems. Ericsson Enterprise Systems has appointed Andreas Paxie as regional sales manager.
Jim Anderson has been appointed head of BankDirect bringing 38 years' banking industry experience to the company. Anderson first joined ASB Bank from school in 1966 as a teller. Most recently he was chief manager of the ASB Bank Contact Centre. He replaces Kevin Leith, who has returned to ASB Bank as chief manager strategy development. Anna Curzon has been appointed marketing manager of BankDirect. She takes up the role following a seven-year placement at ASB Bank where she was most recently strategy and channel manager, ASB Online.
Flight Centre has appointed Phillip Pharo as retail marketing manager. Pharo comes from heading the business support services division of Flight Centre, a role he has held since October last year. He has more than 15 years' travel industry experience, most recently with Qantas.
Investment consultant David Rae has joined Russell Investment from its London office. Rae has seven years' experience in the investment industry. Justin von Tunzelman is to move to Britain for two years to fill Rae's position.
Philip Renner joins Network PR as an account manager from Hamilton City Council, where he was a communications adviser. Jessica Matthias has joined the firm as an account executive.
