Empire PR & Events has appointed Sarah Monshin as senior PR account director. Monshin's PR background includes work in Britain on fashion, confectionery, corporate and supply management.

Philippa Reed is the new chief executive of the EEO Trust. Reed joined the trust as executive adviser last May and has been acting chief executive since December. Reed was executive director with Executive Programmes at the University of Auckland Business School and worked at KPMG.

Flight Centre has appointed Jayne Thornley as business leader in charge of the company's inhouse ticketing division, the Ticket Centre.

Ericsson Enterprise Systems has appointed Tony Meredith as account director. Meredith will manage the company's corporate accounts. He joins from GDC Communications.

Nick Foster has been promoted from account director to general manager of Atlantis. Tony Bozzard has been promoted to director of sales and Michele Leng will join the team as senior account manager.

Bank of New Zealand has appointed Robyn Cocks head of operations, business financial services. She has worked at BNZ for 21 years and was a national manager. She has a degree in Commerce and Admin from Victoria University.
