Toni Sherlock has been appointed vice-president of human capital management at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo, Japan. Sherlock has been a senior associate in the employment team of law firm Phillips Fox for more than six years. She will be part of a team responsible for employee relations for 1200 staff in Japan and the Greater Asia region.

Accounting and finance recruitment firm Numero has appointed Brad Gatehouse senior consultant. His experience includes working in the permanent finance team at Robert Walters and three years in permanent finance recruitment with Hays Accountancy Personnel, in London.

Frank Janssen has been appointed as general manager for Abano Dental. His most recent role was as CEO of Greenwood Technology, producing software for the North American market. He also has previous experience in the healthcare market, working for Zuellig Pharma, in both operational and strategic capacities.

Public Trust has appointed Gary Delbridge as chief financial officer. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1981 and has more than 25 years' experience in the finance sectors. He has been working on the acquisition of the National Bank and its subsequent merger with ANZ.
