Auckland's growing conventions market has led to two new appointments at the organisation which manages the city's top venues.

Auckland Conventions Venues and Events has appointed Andrea Breton as marketing manager and Linda Holmes as sales and event planner.

Green Cross Health is pleased to announce the following senior appointments - Dave Audley joins Green Cross Health as executive of marketing and merchandise and will be a key member of the senior leadership team. He will lead strategic development and execution of marketing and merchandise initiatives and programmes. Roseanne Silcock takes up the role of loyalty marketing manager with responsibility for the Living Rewards and Fly Buys loyalty programmes.

Personal cloud software startup MyWave has appointed Collins Asset Management managing director Tim Cook to the position of non-executive director, following the successful completion of a first round private capital raising. MyWave chief executive Geraldine McBride says Tim Cook is the second independent director appointed to the MyWave board, joining former Xero founder chairman Phil Norman who was appointed as MyWave board chairman earlier this year.
