Emmett Hobbs has been appointed a director of
Auckland Regional Holdings, a council-controlled, investment management organisation which is part of the Auckland Regional Council group. Mr Hobbs acts as a facilitator for the University of Auckland Business School on executive development programmes. He began his business career with the Union Steam Ship Company in 1972 and was a founding director of Pacifica Shipping.
