Motorist dies after crash in Manawatu

A motorist has died in Manawatu this morning after an intersection crash between a truck and a car.

Police are investigating the scene, at Camerons Line and Waughs Rd, after emergency services were called at 6.55am.

Diversions are expected to be in place until about 10.30am.
