A motorcyclist has been involved in a serious crash on Mahuta Road near SH 25 in Mangatarata, near Thames.
Waikato emergency services were called to the scene at 8.48pm on Wednesday.
At this stage there did not appear to be any other vehicles involved and the motorcycle rider was the
only injured party.
The extent of the injuries was not yet known.
The serious crash unit have been notified.
