More than art seen at gallery

Visitors to Tauranga's new $8 million art gallery have been exposed to a view of more than just a glass mezzanine floor.

Anyone looking up from the ground floor can see everything above - including up women's skirts.

Opaque glass installed to prevent such problems failed to work, but director Richard Arlidge said the problem would be fixed before the gallery's official opening in October.
