ARIES:  (March 21 to April 20)
End the year on a philosophical note and make positive resolutions with regard to relationships and your ambitions.  It is important not to repeat past mistakes or persist with a situation that seems to be going nowhere.

TAURUS:  (April 21 to May 21)
The
lessons you learned this year can be put to good use in 2005.  If you were plagued by self-doubt or saw a relationship through rose-coloured glasses, you will soon have the confidence and wisdom to make changes.

GEMINI:  (May 22 to June 21)
A final financial or emotional fling for the year may leave you short of cash or nursing a guilty conscience.  Think carefully before you spend, succumb or sin.  In this karmic cosmic climate, every action has a reaction.

CANCER:  (June 22 to July 23)
Take stock of your life and work out what you want in 2005.  Moon full in your sign makes it difficult to be objective, but it also provides marvellous insight when goal setting or formulating on the spot decisions.

LEO:  (July 24 to August 23)
With the lunar energy peaking, you will be inclined to seize the initiative, speak your mind, and make instant decisions.  However, once you come down from a current high you may harbour a few regrets.

VIRGO:  (August 24 to September 23)
Your desire for instant gratification could lead to selfish decisions or foolhardy activities.  Fortunately, the compatible planetary energy protects you from any real harm and prevents you from losing friends or lovers.  Just watch your back.

LIBRA:  (September 24 to October 23)
You should wind down rather than rev up and despite a need for variety, routine is your best bet.  A tendency to burn the candle at both ends is taking its toll and the balance must be redressed.

SCORPIO:  (October 24 to November 22)
The planets highlight your sympathetic nature and you will have a soft spot for needy and lonely people.  Some of you may extend a warm welcome to guests, while others sacrifice spare time for a worthy cause.

SAGITTARIUS:  (November 23 to December 22)
If you have a score to settle approach it in a peaceful rather than provocative manner.  Clear the air with a loved one so that you can coast into the New Year without any excess emotional baggage.

CAPRICORN:  (December 23 to January 20)
Moon and Saturn in your recreation and relationship realm put you in the mood for fun and romance, but warn against excess.  You will feel happier mixing with people who share your interests and ideals.

AQUARIUS:  (January 21 to February 19)
Someone may make a spontaneous suggestion or offer that arouses your interest and is timely.  Destiny is working its magic on your sign and whatever happens at this time of the year is meant to be.

PISCES:  (February 20 to March 20)
There may be a sudden change in circumstances or twist of fate that works in your favour.  And while your sign is wary when something looks too good to be true, you will go with the flow.

YOUR DAY
The lunar energy heightens intuition and keeps people on their toes. It also highlights the need to rest, relax, and recover from the recent rush of festivities.  This is the ideal time to clear the decks and catch up on neglected tasks in readiness for the New Year. Situations and relationships that have passed their use-by date should be reassessed, and changes put in place.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
Old habits may die hard, but in the months ahead you will gradually change your thinking, routine, or circumstances.  Because you are naturally cautious and considerate, progress may be slow and you will avoid hurting others.  However, once you choose a particular path nothing will get in your way.
