A United States tourist missing on Great Barrier Island has been found.
The 25-year-old woman did not return after leaving Okiwi, on the north-eastern side of the island, about 11.20 am on Sunday to tramp Coopers Castle Track.
She was found in dense bush late this morning and was taken to
