Missing persons found

Three missing people were found after separate searches across the North Island over the weekend.

Te Rina Teriini, 11, was found safe and well yesterday after she disappeared on Saturday morning from outside the Taupo Motor Camp.

A 68-year-old Alzheimer's sufferer has been found safe after disappearing yesterday from Matahiwi Marae at Clive in Hawkes Bay.

Police said the woman was back with her family.

A woman who went searching for her boyfriend after he failed to pick her up from work found him seriously injured under his car, trapped upside down in a paddock west of Martinborough in Wairarapa early yesterday.

He was flown to Wellington Hospital.
