Missing Kapiti man found safe and well

A Kapiti man who has been missing since Thursday has been found safe and well.

Jason Jon Penny, 51, was found in Paraparaumu tonight.

Penny was reported missing on Friday after he was last seen leaving work in Porirua at 7.30pm on Thursday.

Family said that his disappearance was totally out of character.

Police have thanked the public for their helping locate Penny.
