Missing Christchurch woman found overnight

A missing Christchurch woman has been found by police in Darfield overnight.

Canterbury Police were last night concerned for the safety of 24-year-old Rebekah Schreuder, who was last seen on Boxing Day in the suburb of Burnside.

She was last seen on foot and wearing denim shorts and a white t-shirt.

Police held fears for her safety.

But last night she was located safe and well in Darfield about 11pm.

Police and her family thanked the public and media for their help in finding her.
