Missing 74-year-old Raglan woman found

A 74-year-old woman missing from Raglan since Monday afternoon has been found in sand dunes.

Raewyn Smith was last seen at her Wallis St home about 4pm on Monday.

Police said land search and rescuers looked for Mrs Smith around the Raglan area today.

She was found in sand dunes on the beachfront this morning.

Police said Mrs Smith was taken to Waikato Hospital to be treated for hypothermia.

They thanked Hamilton search and rescuers, who found Mrs Smith, for their help.
