Missing 17yo left New Zealand

Police no longer have concerns for the safety of a 17-year-old who hasn't been seen since Friday.

Xiuhan Lyu was last seen at her home on the North Shore. Police said earlier today she had been in New Zealand for less than a month and it was unknown whether she was still in the Auckland area.

However, in an update this afternoon police said enquiries have confirmed she departed New Zealand in recent days.
