The Winery Manager is a pivotal position where strong leadership and people skills are very important as this is a senior position.

We are seeking a strong winery manager to work closely with the Senior Marlborough Winemaker and support the winemaking department. There is a wide scope of responsibility for people, training, mentoring, engineering, infrastructure, process quality, systems and profitability, compliance and health and safety.
