A deep 4.2 earthquake in Marlborough this morning was felt in Picton and Wellington, according to GNS Science.
The quake struck at 8.31am, and was centred 30km west of Picton, near the Rai Valley, at a depth of 100km.
GNS Science received reports the quake was felt in Havelock, Maraetai
Bay, Picton, Te Aro, Newton, and Churton Park.
