A man's throat was cut while he was using a grinder on a Waikato farm yesterday afternoon.
An ambulance was called to the farm near Arapuni after the 60-year-old man injured himself about 3pm.
He was treated at the scene but the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter had to be called
in due to the nature of the injury and his location.
He was flown to Waikato Hospital for further treatment.
