Man's death at Rotorua house not suspicious, police say

A man has died at a house in Rotorua's Glenholme suburb this morning.

Police and St John Ambulance were called to the Holland St property at 10.50am today.

Initially the media were told it was a water rescue believed to be relating to a swimming pool.

A police media spokesman has confirmed a man died at the house and the death was not believed to be suspicious.

His death will now be referred to the coroner.
