Manawatū crash: One dead and one critically injured in two-vehicle collision at Bainesse

One person has died after a crash in Manawatū.

Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash on Rangiotu Rd, Bainesse,about 5.30pm yesterday.

Another person was critically injured and was airlifted to Wellington Hospital, police said.

Inquiries into the crash were under way.
