Save A man with a crossbow is hiding from police in Taranaki.
Police were called out to a house in Oxford Road at 4pm.
They arrived at 5.40pm and found a man armed with a crossbow.
The Armed Offenders Squad and a dog handler are at the scene, and a cordon
has been set up around the house.
There are no injuries reported.
