A man has been pulled from the water under the Auckland Harbour Bridge after falling from the structure today.
In a statement to media, police said the man was pulled from the water by a passing ferry about 1.15pm.
He was in the water for "a short time".
He was "taken to shore where he was medically assessed and has now been taken through to hospital by ambulance," the statement said.
Traffic was now flowing freely across the bridge.
