Police have released the name of the man killed in a workplace incident in Silverdale on Friday.
He was Peter Donald Tregoweth, 57, from the North Shore.
He died on Friday morning at a factory in Silverdale after heavy timber fell on him while he was working.
Police have referred the matter to the Coroner and WorkSafe is investigating the incident.
