Save A man is dead after a collision between his motorbike and a van, in the Bay of Plenty today.
The crash happened on State Highway 35 at Cape Runaway, about midday, police said.
The motorcyclist died at the scene.
Police had informed immediate next of kin, but said they would
not be naming the crash victim until extended family had been informed.
The crash scene was cordoned as police undertook a scene examination to determine the cause of the crash, police said.
