A man died in a bulldozer crash on a large West Otago farm today.
Senior Sergeant Brian Benn, of Dunedin, said police were called to attend the crash at the 8000ha Hukarere Station near Tapanui just after noon.
Rebecca and Quintin Hazlett, who own the station, declined to comment when
contacted.
A WorkSafe NZ spokesman said the agency had been notified and inspectors were sent to the farm.
