Save A forestry worker has been hurt in an accident near Waverley this morning.
He has been taken to Wellington Hospital by the Taranaki Community Rescue Helicopter with a St John intensive care paramedic on board.
The accident happened at 10.02am near the corner of Okahutiria Road and Karahaki Road.

St John spokesman said he couldn't give details of the injuries or the man's condition.
