A person is seriously injured after falling down a cliff at a regional park north of Auckland.
Police said emergency services were called to Mahurangi Regional Park this evening after a man had tumbled down a steep slope.
The injured man was taken to hospital in a serious condition, said
a police spokeswoman.
Three fire crews, including a specialist line rescue unit, were sent to the regional park north of Waiwera to help with the rescue operation.
