An unidentified male has died after falling from a 12-storey apartment building in central Auckland this morning.
His body was discovered around 5.30am outside the Scholar Hotel Apartment building on Mount St, Auckland Police District Command Centre Senior Sergeant Jason Edwards said.
"There does not appear to be any suspiciouscircumstances surrounding his death."
The man was believed to have been a resident of the apartment building, however that had yet to be confirmed.
"Next of kin enquiries are taking place," Mr Edwards said.
