A man has died and a 7-year-old girl is still fighting for her life following a three-car crash near Timaru yesterday.
The crash happened on State Highway 1 about 10km South of Timaru.

Police have named the dead man as Daniel Anderson. He was 40-years-old.
The little girl was airlifted to Christchurch Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
