Man dead after suspected heart attack at Tauranga park

A man is dead in Tauranga after a possible a heart attack this afternoon.

Photos from the scene on Turret Rd indicate they may have been on a ride-on lawn mower at the time.

Police were called to the medical incident by fire shortly after 12.30pm.

CPR was administered by a member of the public and a defibrillator was used but the man died at the scene, police said.
