Save A shopkeeper was injured after an incident on Auckland's main shopping street tonight.
Police said the incident, at a Shosha store, happened shortly before 9pm.
Detective sergeant Jacqui Corner said the shopkeeper received moderate injuries after being confronted by a man with a knife.
She was unsure if the shopkeeper
had been stabbed.
A male offender allegedly ran off but was caught 100m away by police.
